On the basis of Article 98 of the Rules for Tender Sale ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska", number 112/03), and for the purpose of making a public announcement of the Tender results, the Directorate for Privatization issues the following:

 

A N N O U N C E M E N T 

 

On Results of the Tender with Variable Terms under the code BL-V-81/1 for sale of the state-owned capital in Akcionarsko drustvo "Polljoprivredni zavod" Bijeljina

 

 

Following determination of the Tender results, acceptance of the Bid and declaration of the Tender winner, the Contract on Sale of the State-Owned Capital was concluded on 12 December 2006.

 

The subject-matter of the sale is 50.51% of the total of the capital of the enterprise Akcionarsko drustvo "Poljoprivredni zavod" Bijeljina, registration number, code and name of the core activity: 1892738, 73101 – research in natural sciences.

The buyer is Production and Trade Company "AGRO BN" Ltd, Bijeljina.

 

The Buyer is committed to fulfilling the following contractual obligations: payment of the price amounting to 105,000.00 KM, making an investment amounting to 250,000.00 KM, maintaining the core activity for 10 years, employing 32 workers in the First Year, 34 workers in the Second Year and 36 workers in the Third years of the Employment Period. The buyer is also committed to AD "Poljoprivredni zavod" Bijeljina submitting a proposal for getting a concession based on a self-initiated offer in accordance with the Law on Concessions, within 60 days from the day of receiving a notification about the executed privatization by the Seller.
