the Tender results upon conclusion of the Contract, the Directorate

On Results of the Tender with Variable Terms under the code
BL-V-79/1 for sale of the state-owned capital in the enterprises
of Poslovni sistem Industrija alata Trebinje (Business Group
Tools Industry Trebinje)
Following determination of the
Tender results, acceptance of the Bid and declaration of the
Tender winner, the Contract on Sale of the State-Owned Capital
was concluded on 24 January 2007.
The subject-matter of the sale is the state-owned capital in
the enterprises of Poslovni sistem Industrija alata Trebinje

The buyer is Concern "Swisslion-Takovo",
Limited Liability Company, Food Industry Belgrade, with the
seat in Belgrade, Vaska Pope Street, No 4.
The Buyer is committed to fulfilling the following contractual
obligations: payment of the price amounting to 1,500,000.00
KM, investment into the enterprise amounting to 17,113,513.00
KM, maintaining the core activity of the enterprise for the
period of three years following the executed privatization and
employing 1,190 workers in the First Year, 1,270 in the Second
Year and 1,340 workers in the Third, Fourth and Fifth Year of
the Employment Period.
