Pursuant to the Decision no. 1. VA-4/07 of the shareholder meeting
of “Incel-Holding” a.d. Banja Luka, dated January 24, 2007,
“Incel-Holding” issues the following:
PUBLIC INVITATION
For Participation in Tender for Sale of a Business Building
in Industry
1. “Incel-Holding” a.d. Banja Luka offers for
sale a business building in industry comprised of the following:
carbon disulphide distilling plant,
sulfur warehouse and wood coal warehouse which comprise a single
functional unit and are located on the
compound of “Incel”. The net construction size of the building
is about 6756 m2.
2. Detailed information on the subject of sale
as well as other information for participation in tender are
comprised in tender documentation and
will be available to the interested parties after payment of
the tender documentation fee in the
amount of 50,00 KM (in words: fifty Konvertible Marks).
The fee is paid into the following transaction
account:

3. Any domestic and foreign legal entities
are entitled to participate in tender, provided that they:
- submit an application for buying tender
documentation;
- pay a fee for tender documentation.
Several legal entities are entitled to participate
together in tender, on the conditions defined in tender documentation.
4. By submitting a bid, the bidder accepts
the following tender conditions:
- buildings are sold as a single (indivisible)
functional unit;
- the buyer shall, within the deadline to be stipulated
in a purchase contract, but no later than within six months,
make a repair of buildings and
make them operational;
- the bidder shall use the buildings for the purposes
of production-service activity;
- the bidder makes a statement in the above-mentioned
sense on the form enclosed to Tender documentation.
5. Bid evaluation elements are as follows:
- purchase price
- plan of investment in equipment, plant and development
of planned activity;
- employment plan.
6. The bidder is required to guarantee a bid
to the Company in the amount of 50.000,00 KM (in words: fifty
thousand Konvertible Marks).
The bid is guaranteed by way of making a cash deposit
or by submitting an irrevocable unconditional bank guarantee,
payable upon first request, issued by a bank acceptable for
the Company. A detailed instruction is contained
in tender documentation.
7. Bids shall be submitted directly to “Incel-Holding”
a.d. Banja Luka, or by land mail to the address of the Company,
within 30 days from the day of announcing
tender. The Company’s management retains the right to prolong
the deadline.
Public opening of bids shall be held on the premises
of the Company, upon the expiry of the bid submission period,
i.e. March 06, 2007, at 11:00 hrs.
8. The application for buying tender documentation
shall be submitted directly to the Company, by land mail, fax,
e-mail, and it shall bear the following designation:
“Application to buy tender documentation”. (“Zahtjev za kupovinu
tenderske dokumentacije”).
9. Upon the receipt of the payment of the fee
for buying tender documentation, “Incel-Holding” a.d. shall
immediately issue tender documentation
to the potential Buyer or to the person authorized by it, or
otherwise it shall send it by mail.
10. Regarding providing technical assistance
to the interested parties and providing information related
to the public invitation, please
refer to the contact person at the address provided below, on
any business day, from 9:00 to 14:00
