was the authorized seller of the state-owned capital until 30
June 2007. Since then, pursuant to the Law on Privatization
of the State-Owned Capital in Enterprises, the authorized seller
of the state-owned capital has been the Investment and Development
Bank of the Republic of Srpska, J.S.C. Banja Luka.(www.irbrs.net)
Terms and procedures for sale and transfer of state capital in enterprises in property of domestic and foreign physical and legal entities are stipulated under the Law on Privatization of State Capital.
